Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy, Sports Massage
The classic Swedish massage with Stanton Spa's own special touch enhances circulation, improves muscle tone and soothes tired muscles. Deep Tissue targets specific areas of imbalance within the muscular system using a variety of firm, direct strokes including acupressure. Sports massage incorporates all the above plus other myofascial release techniques.
